We're more than happy to provide you with a pre-paid return label for you to print and attach to the return package. Please note: $7.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping. If there is any issue with the item(s) you received, or had any issue with the ordering process, please contact us directly and we would be happy to assist you further.

When returning your order to OnlineShoes, please make sure to include the unworn item in the shipping box and retail packaging it came with, along with a copy of the packing slip and/or original receipt.

Once your return is delivered and inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-5 business days after your credit is applied on Amazon.com for it to post to your account. We offer free shipping on all items being shipped within the United States. In addition, we also offer affordable options for expedited shipping on all our items.

The time it takes for you to receive your order will depend on your location, the item(s) ordered, and the shipping speed you select. All shipments take place in two stages: processing and transit.

Processing is how long it takes for us to submit your order and get it ready for shipping; either at our own warehouse or at the warehouse of our brands. Note that processing time may vary depending on where your order will ship from. If we have the item in stock in our warehouse, processing will take 1 business day. However, if the item is coming directly from the warehouse of one of our brands, processing will vary. Please make sure to pay attention to your order details, which includes Expected Shipping Dates and Estimated Delivery Date Range. Once processing is complete, the time of transit depends on the shipping speed you select when you checkout. Economy shipping typically takes 5 to 8 business days depending on the point of origin of the shipment and the destination point (shipping time may take longer in remote areas or in the case that a package can't be delivered on the first attempt).
