Will I be issued a refund for the shipping cost I paid to have my order shipped to me?
Unfortunately no, we do not refund original shipping cost paid to have your order shipped to you as this is a service that is paid to FedEx, UPS or USPS to have your order delivered.

Late Returns
Unfortunately, items received after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange. Your package will be returned to you at your expense, If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit or exchange will be processed.

How Do I Make an Exchange or a Return?

What carrier should I use?
You may use the carrier of your choice. We highly recommend using a carrier that has tracking information, FedEx, or UPS. If using USPS we recommend purchasing Delivery confirmation. Return shipping is at your expense and is not refundable. We also suggest sending all packages back to our warehouse Via FedEx or UPS. Keep the tracking number for your records.If you send back your package VIA U.S.P.S, Make sure the package is insured and you add delivery confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All Packages shipped to you are insured.

Will I Be Charged to have my Exchange Order Ship?
We offer one exchange per order and ship it for free, standard ground. If a second exchange is required, you will have to pay for the shipping cost of $7.95. You may include a money order ONLY, to cover the cost. Please do not send cash or personal checks.

Exchange/Return Shipping Procedure for General Merchandise

Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all included accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact and attached. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. All Items are inspected by our warehouse personnel. If your returned item appears to be worn/soiled or is damaged in any way that renders the item not new, the item will be sent back to you and we will not refund your order. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued. 

You have a full 30 days from the date your order is received to exchange any product you order from LeatherUp.

Just fill out the exchange slip that is included in your package with the following information (You can also click on our Seller Help tab above to download a printable version to your computer). If you did not receive an exchange form, please provide us with the following information:

  • Billing First & Last Name

  • List the item(s) that your are exchanging/returning.

  • Detailed instructions to what you would like for us to do with your order. For example, if you would like to make an exchange, state the item #, size, style, or color, or if you would simply like a return.

Q. What is the time frame for an exchange to be processed and shipped?
A: It depends on your exchange request: We will also email when your exchange order is processed. 
If you are exchanging for the same item but a different size and If the item is available and in stock, your order is usually exchanged within 5-7 business days after it is received by our warehouse. If you are exchanging for another item, it can take up to 5-7 Business day to process your exchange and have it shipped out to you. If you exchange for an item or size that is of higher price or lower price your order needs to be adjusted accordingly to what you are exchanging for.

If you are returning item(s) for a refund and at the same time exchanging item(s) for a different size or different item, it can take up 5-7 business days to have your order adjusted accordingly, this means to refund the items returned and to send out the items exchanged.
If you would like to have your item exchanged quicker, simply place another order for the items you wish to exchange for. Whether you are exchanging for a different item or size. Return your current order so you can be issued a refund. We can not issue a refund until the package is received by our warehouse personnel and it is processed by our refund department.

A: This is our standard shipping method:-Orders shipped to street addresses in the continental U.S.: Shipped By FedEx or UPS-Orders shipped to P.O. boxes in the continental US: USPS Priority Mail-Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, These orders must ship using Air service. We cannot ship using the standard ground method as it is not offered by FedEx or UPS. - *P.O BOX Orders shipping to these States will ship by USPS Priority Mail, Air service must be selected to have the order ship out. Orders Shipping to Puerto Rico : FedEx International Economy must be selected to have your order shipped. We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico using Ground Service.

Q: Can I get my order any faster?
A: Have your order shipped to the billing address, make sure all information is accurate at check out and select one of the following expedited shipping methods at check out.For orders shipped to street addresses in the continental United States, we offer FedEx Express Saver , FedEx 2 Day Air Service, FedEx Next Day Standard Overnight Service.For PO boxes, rural routes and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS priority mail which can take up to 5 business days for the order to arrive once it has been shipped.If you would like to use any of these methods, please indicate your choice in the Shipping Options section during Checkout. Please be aware that we cannot ship orders the same day that we receive them, so plan accordingly. Q: I paid for next day air service and my order didn't arrive the next day after I placed the order, why?
A: Next Day Air Service means your order will be shipped by that shipping method 1-3 days after the order has been placed. If your order happens to ship on a Friday, it will be delivered on Monday as FedEx does not deliver on weekends or Holidays. If it ships on a Tuesday it should arrive the next business day, once the package is picked up by our carrier they are responsible for the package.

Q: The status of my order reads "Shipped" but there is no tracking activity on the tracking number in my account? Why ?
A: If your order is marked shipped and assigned a tracking number, this means your order has been submitted to our warehouse for shipment and is awaiting pick up from our carrier, the tracking number will have tracking activity within 48-72 business hours.

Q: I entered the wrong address, or my address was incomplete when I placed my order, what can I do to have the ship to address corrected?
A: We are unable to modify any order once it has been placed and handed to our warehouse for shipment, Please give us a call so we may contact the carrier, in Example FedEx or UPS and request a Reroute, Package Intercept or Address correction. A Reroute fee or address correction fee will be charged to have the address changed on the FedEx or UPS Label as well as additional shipping cost.

Q: I rejected my package when a delivery attempt was made, what will happen to the package ? Will I have a full refund issued?
A: If your package is rejected upon delivery, It will be returned to our warehouse. Your initial shipping cost will not be refunded. The actual shipping cost we paid to have your order ship will be deducted from the amount of the item order as FedEx/UPS/USPS will charge us to have your package shipped back to our warehouse facility.
