Madisound Speaker Components Shipping Rates

Only expedited service will be available for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

  1. Select Proceed to Checkout
  2. Select or add your shipping address
  3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue
  4. Select a payment method and select Continue

The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary

Shipping Policies

Madisound ships by Fedex, UPS and USPS.  We will mostly ship by Fedex in order to deliver in a timely fashion.  You can also use the Fedex online tools like Fedex Delivery Manager to customize your delivery.  Madisound will always try to ship the same business day for orders received before 1:00 P.M. US Central Time Monday through Friday (most US holidays excluded).

We are shipping only within the United States.  We are not shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Tax Information

Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Madisound Speaker Components through the Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from Madisound Speaker Components may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Madisound Speaker Components through the Site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.

  1. Is pricing for each, or per pair? Pricing on the site is for each, unless it specifically says for a pair.

  2. When will my order ship? We make every attempt to ship the same day your order is placed. If you place your order by 1:00 pm CST on a business day, your order will ship that same day. Please note that orders with USPS shipping are processed the same day, but picked up the following business day. Madisound is closed on Saturday, Sunday, and all major US Holidays.

  3. Where does my order ship from? Madisound is located just outside of Madison in Middleton, Wisconsin. We ship all orders from our physical location with the exception of occasional special orders/drop ships.

What is Madisound's warranty policy? Our products have a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. Return the defective item(s) to us with a complete explanation of the problem. Please include your contact information with a daytime phone number (or email address) to reach you for additional information.

Products received in damaged condition must be reported immediately, and the original shipping carton should be retained for inspection.

Package returns carefully, manufacturers will not warranty damaged products. We handle most warranty claims directly, and will usually exchange defective units within two weeks of return.

Disputes over driver performance will be handled through the manufacturer.

All drivers carry a 90-day warranty against defect from the manufacturer. Madisound extends this warranty to one year from purchase date. Should you suspect a defect, please return the driver(s) to Madisound in a well packaged container. We are not responsible for drivers damaged during transport back to us. In addition, the manufacturers will not warranty a physically damaged unit.

Upon receipt, we will inspect the driver for cause of defect.

Should the driver have a manufacturers defect, we will ship you a replacement unit at no charge.

Damage caused by user/equipment error or abuse do not qualify for warranty replacement. In this case you will not be sent a replacement unit or issued a refund. Many of the drivers we carry do however have repair parts available. Please contact us if you need help finding your repair part.

Should you wish to contest Madisound's decision on a driver warranty/defect, you may contact the manufacturer directly.

What is Madisound's return policy? Madisound will accept returns of purchases for refund (not including crossovers or special orders) for a period of 45 days after purchase. Items must be returned in unused condition. There must be no evidence of mounting or soldering.  The part and any beauty box packaging must be in perfect condition, just like you received it.
