Return Policy

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without RMA number will not be accepted or proceed. An RMA number must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns and exchanges must be shipped within 7 days of RMA issue date.  
  • To be eligible for a return and refund, merchandise must be returned in new or mint condition; merchandise must be in the original packaging with all accessories included.
  • All products may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  •  Returns will not be accepted if found to be misrepresented, missing parts, or damaged through customer mishandle in unsellable conditions. We are not responsible for personal information or items left in return merchandise.
  • All refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 days from the date return received. Refunds will only be issued to the account appeared on the original invoice.

All merchandises are sold with their respective manufacturer’s warranties.
