I purchased this watch as a gift for my husband, to replace his older model Citizen that broke after he'd owned it for thirteen years. This watch didn't last nearly that long before the clasp broke and the crystal cracked, but that wasn't the worst of it -- the worst was the part where Citizen refused to honor the five-year warranty that covered both bracelet and crystal that came with our purchase. Apparently, for a Citizen warranty to be valid, the dealer from whom you buy it needs to sign the last page of the booklet that comes with the watch; this, however, is not an option when one purchases online. The upshot of this is that we are now the owners of a broken watch that would cost more than its purchase price to repair.
In short: Yes, it is a beautiful watch. But you're on your own when it breaks.
