I really wanted to like this watch because I liked the uniqueness of it, and of course the pink color. I was sad to see that it did not have a second counter, but that was not the deal breaker. After about 3 months, it started freezing up, and not working properly. I have not worn it in about a month, so I am not sure if it started working again, but I was hoping for so much more, especially for the price.

I love this watch. It's unlike any of the watches I see out there. It's very well made, and comfortable. It's functionality is very Spartan, but I love how easy it is to tell the time or date with a quick glance.

The display is fairly dark during the night, but VERY bright in direct sun. Some people might see the dark at night part as a downside, but I'm extra happy. I DONT want a watch blinding me at night while I'm trying to sleep, and I do want to be able to read it in the sun.

(One thing to note, I bought the orange version of this watch, which Amazon doesn't seem to sell, and it has an orange display BUT a green?! backlight. I wish they had taken one extra step and made the backlight orange to match the rest of my watch)

Had this watch for a month before the band broke. Went to go buy a replacement band and they don't sell them separate plus the band is not covered under the warranty. You have to fill out a service repair order through Nixon, mail in your watch and wait a very long time in order to get the band replaced. Oh, did I mention it will cost you $50 plus tax for all of this hassle. Why I just cant buy a band and replace it myself is beyond me and if the band broke that fast what makes me think the replacement isn't going to either. So I'm out $100 for this watch and I really don't feel like spending another $50 for a band. P.O.S. Will never buy a Nixon watch again.
