Hate it, won't use again. Way too soft, kept trying to add powered sugar to make harder and it did not. It was too stretchy, also it doesn't hold shape well. I will continue to make my own. Learned my lesson.

I ordered this almost a month ago and was finally able to use it over the weekend for a friend's birthday. The texture was different from Duff fondant (which I've typically used in the past), it seemed a bit thicker/ coarser (a little hard to explain). The flavour is not as sweet as Duff but way better tasting than any other fondants I've tried. It was easy to roll out and work with without getting holes or bubbles, my only complaint was that it dried out very quickly once on the cake. Overall, whether you are a beginner or expert, or if you don't want to pay Duff prices this IS your best bet.
