Aliaha Brown was born in Oxnard California on July 4,1995. She has two brothers and one sister; who she enjoys teasing by writing short stories about them. Her first book Beck the Speck is an exaggerated tale based off of her younger sister Rebecca. As a kid she was always imagining or reading something. This often led to her getting in trouble in class or trouble in general. Now she is using her imagination to write stories that she hope's will inspire young and old readers to read and dream up their own story.
