Ashley Lynn Crossman Born 1986 to southern bell Dianna and Farmer Father W. C. Crossman II. She Grew up dividing her time between school in southern Florida and the family farm in the northern neck of Virginia. Losing her father at a young age and then battling cancer at age 25 has giving Ashley a unique perspective. Ashley focused hard on writing during her cancer battle and has been published in many magazines, books and papers. Personal struggles have given Ashley a strong passion for natural products, cooking and lifestyle. Always looking for the next thing that is missing from life she runs a blog called Fresh Fit Local that focuses on just that.
