About Christine Robinson A former nurse practitioner, Christine ventures into the world of fiction to write books. Her debut novel, THREE YEARS OF HER LIFE, a historical fiction, comes from her love of researching family history. The story is an indelible portrait of family love, trust, commitment and unrelenting prejudice. It rides the line between historical fiction and romance. Inspired by a famous musician grandfather's hidden secret in Germany. In Spring 2025 expect a sequel NINE YEARS THAT FOLLOWED. Set in 1968-1970, it includes family strengths, struggles, enduring love and relatable events: Civil Rights Movement, Woodstock 69 and Vietnam War. A background as a published poet, experience in writing fiction, non-fiction and screenplays is an advantage in her writing career. From the East Coast, Southern Europe and East Asia with her family, Christine currently lives in Southern California.
