Danielle Martin

Danielle Martin is a former Caribbean Journalist and Copywriter, who took a leap of faith to pursue her dream. Her poems have since appeared online via Ariel Chart, Claudius Speaks, Free Lit Magazine, Entropy and in the 2016 and 2017 Poetry Marathon Anthologies and most recently, in The Organic Poet and Heart Beats: Anthology of Poetry (2021). Quite notably, "Kissing Shadows: Caribbean Love Poems" her first Anthology of poems became an Amazon Best Seller. Her newest release to date, however, isn't poetry, but a series of short stories entitled, "Sweet Talk: Caribbean Culture". A hilarious and insightful read that persons from, or having traveled to the islands will surely find relatable. This poet/author believes that spontaneity creates the best memories and lives by the mantra, "And this too shall pass."
