About the Author

Jim Dee lives and works in Portland, Oregon. He's been involved in creative pursuits his whole life, focusing mostly on writing and music. He earned a BA in Writing from Wilkes University, worked in publishing and marketing for 20+ years, and now runs a web development agency. He's written a novel ("Chroo," forthcoming on Amazon), a novella ("The Pirates of Pamlico Sound," available on Amazon), a feature screenplay ("Wood's Confection," to be released soon on Amazon as a paperback), a memoir ("Tales of the Midwest," currently out of print, but mostly available on his blog), dozens of formal musical works (quite often presented as video-musical presentations, available on his blog), and many hundreds of online pieces ranging from low-brow humor to philosophical essays.
