About the Author

Nana Yaw Oppong is a Ghanaian and holds Ph.D. in Talent and Management Development; has worked in varied organisations in Ghana and the United Kingdom; an Associate Professor and currently the Head of the Department of Human Resource Management, University of Cape Coast, and has also taught in UK, Germany and Senegal. He has authored two books – Mastering Business Letter Writing Skills (2016), and Mastering Workplace Disciplinary Interviews (2017). He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM), Ghana and a member of the African Academy of Management (AfAM). He has published many journal articles in human resource management and cross cultural management and has shared the outcomes of his publications through conference presentations in Ghana, Greece, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Hong Kong, and the United States of America. He is as well a consultant in human resource management and development.
