Actually, during the 1980-1988 war between Iraq and Iran WE were Saddam's ally. We furnished him with weapons, bank credits, and intelligence.

Based on the misspellings and fractured syntax, this would appear to be Ca A. No (whose postings were deleted by Amazon) aka "The Wise One" (sic) writing under another alias. Well, at least there isn't the usual obligatory swipe at Jimmy Carter.
