About the Author
Jeff Reeve resides in Joplin, Missouri, with his aging dog "Spats" and a couple dozen tropical fish. Jeff appeases the creative spirits by writing poetry and taking photographs, then writes technical manuals so he can feed his dog.

The images throughout add to the unique character of the book. The picutres are simple but deep, like most of the poems in the book. When you reach the end of the book, though, in the portion on the Joplin Tornado, you will see that tenor change (in both word and image)in order to match the weight of the content.
