A
These are new TVs, but they can not be confused with top of the line brands. I purchased a 40 inch version, it had an OK display and good audio. It does have a couple of problems and a service tech will be here in a week to repair them.

A
This was a brand new set. In case I forgot to mention, the picture quality seems to improve as the set warms up (15 to 20 minutes). Still, the refresh rate is slow for things like live sporting events. Still, for the price paid, it is good.
