How does this compare and differ from Frayling's previous book? I can't shake the feeling that this is just a retitled or American edition of STDWD -- it looks pretty much the same. Can anyone confirm or deny?

*** EDIT *** I posted this in the discussion of Frayling's "Sergio Leone," and am surprised to find it's here in STDWD. So is that question answered...? I guess the only difference then is about $25!
