Can this juicer be used to make nut milks?

no, it really only works for fruits and vegetables. There are extractors that would work for that, they are a bit pricier.

I have never done this, but would venture to guess no. I couldn't imagine that the blade would be able to get any juice out of nuts. It would probably be a waste of your nuts and the effort you put forth.
