Why would either company have a case to sue?

Colton Cole says:
Because Games Workshop actively goes out of its way to sue people who even come close to something they made even though there isn't a resemblance at all. GW has actually sued a guy for a novel he wrote about a marine who was sent into space. It wasn't anything like a grimdark future and had no large space battles, the dude was just a marine who went on an exploration mission.

Yeah GW thinks they own the Russian flag as well.... They think they invented the double headed eagle. News flash 1472=before 1975. Delusional.
