Can I shop Treasure Truck from anywhere?

Treasure Truck offers are available to customers throughout the contiguous US. Unfortunately, Treasure Truck is not available to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or customers living outside the US—except for the UK! Our friends across the pond run Treasure Truck UK and it's just as much fun.

Are there any signup or shipping restrictions based on where I live?

Treasure Truck is available to customers in the US and UK. However, we currently aren’t able to send SMS messages to customers in certain parts of these regions. And, just like anything else you buy from Amazon, there are also a few limitations that prevent us from shipping certain products to some geographical locations. Find more information here.

Do I have to be an Amazon Prime member to shop with Treasure Truck?

Nope. You don’t have to be a Prime member to shop our treasures. Get in on this!


Treasure Truck text alerts

How do I sign up for text alerts?

Simply text "TRUCK" to 24193 to sign up for text alerts, and we’ll let you know about each and every new offer, as well as other fun surprises. You can always text "STOP" to cancel. Need help? Just text…you guessed it! "HELP".

How many texts will I get?

Once you're signed up for text alerts, you'll always know when there's a new offer or surprise. Not every day is a Treasure Truck day, so we'll only text you when we have something important to share. Of course, you can always unsubscribe by texting "STOP" to 24193 (but we'll miss you so!).

Why do I have to tell you my city or ZIP code?

We like to host fun sampling days in select cities—when we're not in the midst of a global pandemic, that is. By letting us know your nearest metro area, we can send you a text alert when we're in your neck of the woods. Of course, these sampling days are currently on hold due to COVID-19, but we can't wait until we can start them up again! (See the below COVID-19 section for more info.)

How do I change the city I get sampling day alerts for?

Find Treasure Truck on the Amazon Mobile Shopping app or at www.amazon.com/treasuretruck on a mobile browser, then tap the settings gear icon in the upper right-hand corner, tap the first menu item showing your location, and choose a new location from the Treasure Truck cities listed or enter your ZIP code. On the desktop site, simply click the city drop-down in the top left corner.

I tried to text "TRUCK" to 24193, but I am getting an error message. What's wrong?

Some carriers don't support texting to short codes. In the free Amazon app, find Treasure Truck in the main menu under "Programs and Features" and tap "Treasure Truck." Then, tap the gear on the upper right corner to sign up for and manage your Treasure Truck notifications.

I am signed up to receive text messages, but I didn’t receive today’s text. What’s wrong?

If you have a non-US mobile phone number or aren’t using a smartphone, you may have trouble receiving text alerts from Treasure Truck. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Also, if you live outside the contiguous United States, you likely won't get our text alerts. Why? Because many of our offers have shipping limitations that may affect your ability to purchase the offer. If you aren’t able to receive our text alerts, you can always see Treasure Truck offers in the Amazon Mobile Shopping app or by visiting www.amazon.com/treasuretruck.

How do I opt out of text alerts?

You may cancel any time by texting “STOP” to 24193. You can also turn off text alerts in the free Amazon Mobile Shopping app (in main menu under Programs and Features) or on the mobile website at www.amazon.com/treasuretruck. Simply click the blue settings gear in the top right corner and then click "Manage Notifications".

I tried to order today’s product, but it’s not available. Why?

We only have so much treasure at a time, so we tend to sell out quickly. If you see something you love, don't hesitate—get yours before it's gone!

I tried to order today's product, but it says it's unable to be sold to me. Why?

Certain items have geographic restrictions that limit our ability to ship them to you, depending on where you live. Because of this, you may be able to see an offer, but will be unable to complete your purchase.

It’s only 8:55 p.m. and today’s offer is no longer available. Why?

Our offers currently end at 11:55 p.m. Eastern / 8:55 p.m. Pacific. So, if you’re on the West Coast, your offers will end a little earlier in the evening. The good news? They also start earlier in the morning. Oh, time zones, you’re so silly.

Is there a quantity limit on items?

Since our products have limited availability, there’s a max of one treasure per person, per offer. Share the love!

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Treasure Truck orders will ship at the same speed as other orders placed in the Amazon store. If you’re a Prime member, your treasure will ship for free and at Prime speeds.


Cancellations & returns

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel orders that haven't shipped yet. Go to “Your Orders” and select the order you want to cancel. Check the box of the item you'd like to cancel, and then select "Cancel checked items." After submitting the cancellation, we'll send a confirmation message to your email account.

Can I return items I buy from Treasure Truck?

Treasure Truck returns are just as easy as returns for anything else you buy in the Amazon store, and our items follow the general Amazon.com Return Policy. You can return your items by visiting "Your Orders" on our website or app. Need help? Contact Customer Service at 1-888-280-4331.


A word on COVID-19

Will you ever go back to offering physical pickup for my orders?

The safety of our customers and team members is our #1 priority, so that's why moved away from in-person pickup to shipping treasures in August 2020. Turns out, our customers love the convenience of having their Treasure Truck purchases shipped to their doorsteps, so we're going to keep doing it! And, this new shipping model allows us to offer Treasure Truck to even more customers from coast to coast.

Does this mean you won't be inviting me to in-person product sampling days?

It’s not personal. When we paused in-person pickup in August 2020, we also put a hold on our party-on-wheels events and sampling days. But, we're happy to share that we're gearing up to restart our product sampling days in the future! Be sure to sign up for text alerts so you’ll get all the latest updates. Are the actual Trucks going away?

Get rid of those masterpieces? No way! You may spot our fantastic fleet rolling through cities lending a helping hand (or wheel) to support local communities. We’ve helped deliver tens of thousands of lunch kits, thousands of student laptops and books, and are now assisting with the distribution of millions of masks in our hometown.
