Anything recorded to camera internal memory or flash card yes, anything that came from outside the camera no. So no, you can't transfer from computer to camera and project it.

Not easily, apparently. We're trying to do the same thing now- it saves in a .mts format on the camcorder, but the only options on conversion software is to an .m2ts which does not play. I'm researching more.
