I went to the stabilicers.com website to verify the sizing. XS (kids) is Men 1-3.5, Women 1-4.5, EU 31-35; S is Men 4-7, Women 5-8, EU 35-39; Medium is Men 7.5-10, Women 8.5-12, EU 40-43.5; LG is Men 10.5-13, EU 44-47; XLG is Men 13.5-16, EU 48-50. If you are on the upper number of each size and using a heavy duty boot or winter shoe then I would suggest sizing up.

Here you go-from another stabilicers offer lower on the page.
Men's boot sizes: S (4-7), M (7.5-10), L (10.5-13), XL (13.5-16)
Women's boot sizes: S (5-8), M (8.5-12)
I wear a size 11 to 11.5 boot/shoe and the large is a tight fit but OK.

H,i the size chart is right on the page but does not give the size in numbers so I had to guess. I am a female and wear size 7 1/2 so I bought a small. They worked great. Hope that helped you. :D Happy Holidays!

I will warn you that they run SMALL. So you'll want to go up a size. If you'd usually get a medium, you should go up to a large. At least that's what I found. I gave the smaller pair to my mom, who they fit perfectly (showing, again, that these run small, as my mom has small feet).

Here is a link to a website with the size chart. Personally, if your size is at the upper end I would go with the next size up, especially if you are wearing any kind of boots or hiking shoe. Otherwise you'll be stretching out to the max and would probably decrease their life. I hope this helps.

Without Julie O's permission, I am going to copy and paste her response to this from a year ago: "I went to the stabilicers.com website to verify the sizing. I don't see a size chart either, but I have a size 8 shoe and ordered a medium, it's a perfect fit on my dress shoes and hiking boots,,, I'll need a large for my insulated hunting boots... I hope that helps.

Size is to the right..Example - I wear a men's size 7 in snow boots. I order the Stabilicers in a large, medium are too small. Husband wears a size 10 in snow boots, he orders an extra large set. Hope that answers your question.
