Love Love this book. The ideas and questions combined with the colorful pictures are what make it awesome. Each day has things to think about, questions and a beautiful picture. It's helpful for kids (and adults) to learn how to healthily deal with their feelings and actions and think about how they can make their lives and other's lives better. I had been looking at Melody's Girlife Empowerment series for awhile when this came out. I knew I had to get it. Even though it's written to girls, I read it as Dear Kids. We starting reading one a day in the summer. We read one letter a day and we talk through the questions, and I have each of my kids answer and talk about it. They love it. They know where we are better than I do (now that we don't do it as often) and even ask about it, when we don't read it. I even bought a second one to give to my mom. Due to the beautiful pictures, which gets both the kids and adults attention I think that this would make a great table topper for people to see when they come over. It just has great thoughts about life.
