About RACHELE PARKESSON
Rachele left school at 18 and immediately started a university course in the city of Brno, studying nutrition. After graduation she found herself a job in Prague and worked there for 4 years before an exciting opportunity to work in the US for 6 months arose. That short period led to a full-time position and Rachele quickly settled into her new life.
As a nutritionist, Rachele has always been interested in helping people to eat better and life healthier lives. Weight loss plays a big part in her treatment and she soon realized that writing books on the subject would help her reach out to a lot more people.
Rachele now has several titles available through Amazon, which include books on Intermittent Fasting, the Ketogenic Diet and the Renal Diet, to name but three.
In her spare time, Rachele walks on the beach near her home almost every day. She enjoys cycling, walking, swimming and generally keeping fit, while researching more about food and its amazing ability to heal and change our bodies is also high on her agenda.
As far as the future is concerned, Rachele intends to write more books on food, nutrition and dieting, believing that this is the best way to educate people, while also offering them delicious and exciting food with the recipes she has devised.
