Malfunction Junction sits in the heart of Memphis as a constant reminder that not all stories take place at a crossroad. Some happen while sitting in traffic, trying to turn around in a cul-de-sac, or just trying to get your car started on a cold day in your driveway. Come meet the people of Memphis as they try to navigate their own journeys. These fictional accounts range from the everyday to the fantastic. Start at the glass pyramid of downtown and travel to the scenic pathways along the Wolf River. Each story is wrapped around characters who are distinct yet vaguely familiar.
This anthology is composed of a group of friends who share a love of writing in common as well as ties to Memphis and the Mid-South area.
